All our meals are prepared fresh daily by Sani our Timorese cook of 10 years.

Seafood, meat, and poultry are cooked American style with some Asian dishes for variety.

Fresh salad, vegetables and home-made bread are included with every meal.

Soft drinks and water are free, while beer and mixed drinks can be purchased.

Breakfast is a-la-carte. Fresh fruit, bread prepared daily, yogurt and granola are always available.
